गुहामेतत् तु देवानां कथयिष्यामि तेडनघ । तन्निबोध महाबाहो यथा वृत्तमिदं पुरा,अनघ! यह देवताओंकी गुप्त बात है जिसको मैं तुम्हें बता रहा हूँ। महाबाहो! पूर्वकालके इस यथावत् वृत्तान्तको तुम ध्यान देकर सुनो
guhāmetat tu devānāṁ kathayiṣyāmi te 'nagha | tan nibodha mahābāho yathā vṛttam idaṁ purā ||
নাৰদে ক’লে—হে অনঘ! এইটো দেৱতাসকলৰ গোপন কথা; মই তোমাক ক’বলৈ ধৰিছোঁ। হে মহাবাহু! পুৰাকালে যিদৰে ঘটিছিল, সেইদৰে মনোযোগেৰে শুনা।
