Adhyāya 199: Karma–Jñāna Causality and the Nirguṇa Brahman

Manu’s Instruction

दिष्ट्या देवि प्रसन्ना त्वं दर्शनं चागता मम । यदि चापि प्रसन्नासि जप्ये मे रमतां मन:

dṛṣṭyā devi prasannā tvaṁ darśanaṁ cāgatā mama | yadi cāpi prasannāsi japye me ramatāṁ manaḥ ||

“দেৱী! আপুনি প্ৰসন্ন হৈ মোক দৰ্শন দিবলৈ আহিছে— ই মোৰ মহাভাগ্য। যদি আপুনি সঁচাকৈয়ে মোৰ ওপৰত সন্তুষ্ট, তেন্তে এই কৃপা কৰক— মোৰ মন যেন জপতহে ৰমি স্থিৰ থাকে।”
