Adhyāya 180: Jīva, Śarīra, and the Fire Analogy (भृगु–भरद्वाज संवादः)
भीष्म उवाच अत्राप्युदाहरन्तीममितिहासं पुरातनम् । प्रह्मादस्यथ च संवादं मुनेराजगरस्य च,भीष्मजी कहते हैं--राजन्! इस विषयमें भी प्रह्लाद तथा अजगरवृत्तिसे रहनेवाले एक मुनिके संवादरूप प्राचीन इतिहासका दृष्टान्त दिया जाता है
bhīṣma uvāca | atrāpy udāharantīmam itihāsaṁ purātanam | prahlādasya tathā ca saṁvādaṁ muner ajagarasya ca ||
ভীষ্মে ক’লে—ৰাজন! এই বিষয়তো এক প্ৰাচীন ইতিহাসৰ দৃষ্টান্ত উদ্ধৃত হয়—প্ৰহ্লাদ আৰু ‘আজগৰ-বৃত্তি’ৰে জীৱন যাপন কৰা এজন মুনিৰ সংলাপ।
