वश्षित् क्षुद्रसमाचार: पृथिव्यां कालसम्मित: । विचचार महारण्ये घोर: शकुनिलुब्धक:
vaśṣit kṣudra-samācāraḥ pṛthivyāṃ kāla-sammitaḥ | vicacāra mahāraṇye ghoraḥ śakuni-lubdhakaḥ ||
ভীষ্মে ক’লে—এবাৰ এক মহা অৰণ্যত এজন ভয়ংকৰ পাখি-শিকাৰী ঘূৰি ফুৰিছিল। তাৰ আচাৰ নীচ আছিল; পৃথিৱীত সি যেন কালৰ সমান বোধ হৈছিল।
