आपद्धर्मे राज्ञः नीतिः — Bharadvāja’s Counsel on Crisis-Statecraft (Śānti Parva 138)
परीक्ष्यकारी युक्तश्न स सम्यगुपपादयेत् । देशकालावभिप्रेतो ताभ्यां फलमवाप्नुयात्
parīkṣyakārī yuktaśna sa samyag upapādayet | deśakālāv abhipreto tābhyāṃ phalam avāpnuyāt ||
যি ব্যক্তি বিচাৰ-বিবেচনা কৰি, সংযমিত আচৰণে আৰু সদা সতৰ্ক হৈ কাৰ্য কৰে, সি অভিপ্ৰেত দেশ আৰু কালৰ যথাযথ ব্যৱহাৰ কৰে; আৰু সিহঁতৰ সহায়তাত কাম্য ফল লাভ কৰে।
