ध्रुवमेषु निमित्तेषु भूमिमाश्रित्य पार्थिवा:
dhruvameṣu nimitteṣu bhūmimāśritya pārthivāḥ
সঞ্জয়ে ক’লে— “যেতিয়া এই নিমিত্তসমূহ ধ্ৰুৱ আৰু স্পষ্ট হয়, তেতিয়া ৰজাসকলে ভূমিৰ আশ্ৰয় লৈ—অৰ্থাৎ যি নিশ্চিত আৰু প্ৰত্যক্ষ, তাত স্থিৰ হৈ—দৃঢ় সংকল্পে কাৰ্য কৰে।”
