अपतद् दीप्यमाना च सनिर्घाता सकम्पना
apatad dīpyamānā ca sanirghātā sakampanā
সঞ্জয়ে ক’লে—সেয়া অগ্নিময় দীপ্তিত জ্বলি জ্বলি পৰি গ’ল; লগে লগে ভয়ংকৰ গর্জন উঠিল আৰু পৃথিৱী কঁপি উঠিল। যুদ্ধৰ মাজত এনে অমঙ্গলসূচক লক্ষণে ভয় আৰু বিভ্ৰান্তি বঢ়ায়—যেন সোঁৱৰাই দিয়ে যে হিংসাই মানুহৰ নিয়ন্ত্ৰণৰ বাহিৰৰ শক্তিক জাগ্ৰত কৰে, আৰু অধৰ্মভৰ্তি সংঘাতে ভয়াবহ সংকেতক আহ্বান কৰে।
