Adhyāya 92: Irāvanta-śoka, punaḥ-pravṛttiḥ saṅgrāmasya
Arjuna’s grief and the battle’s renewed intensity
न हि दुर्योधनो मन्द: पुरा प्रोक्तमबुध्यत । वार्यमाणो मया तात भीष्मेण विदुरेण च
dhṛtarāṣṭra uvāca |
na hi duryodhano mandaḥ purā proktam abudhyata |
vāryamāṇo mayā tāta bhīṣmeṇa vidureṇa ca |
ধৃতৰাষ্ট্ৰ ক’লে—দুৰ্যোধন প্ৰকৃততে মন্দবুদ্ধি নাছিল; তথাপি আগতে কোৱা কথা সি বুজি নাপালে। হে তাত! মই, ভীষ্ম আৰু বিদুৰে বাৰে বাৰে নিবৃত্ত কৰিবলৈ চেষ্টা কৰিলেও সি হিতোপদেশ মানিল নাছিল।
