भीष्मपर्व — अध्याय ६२: वासुदेवमहात्म्यप्रशंसा (देव–ब्रह्मसंवादः)
तावास्थितावेकरथं सौभद्रशिनिपुड्भवौ | सौबलीं समरे सेनां शातयेतां समनन््ततः,उधर सहस्रों रथी जब इधर-उधर भाग रहे थे, उसी समय एक रथपर बैठे हुए अभिमन्यु और सात्यकि सुबलपुत्रकी सेनाका संग्रामभूमिमें सब ओरसे संहार करने लगे
tāv āsthitāv ekarathaṃ saubhadraśinipuṅgavau | saubalīṃ samare senāṃ śātayetāṃ samantataḥ ||
সঞ্জয়ে ক’লে—যেতিয়া সহস্ৰ সহস্ৰ ৰথী ইফালে-সিফালে ছিন্নভিন্ন হৈ পলাইছিল, তেতিয়া একে ৰথত স্থিত সুভদ্ৰাপুত্ৰ অভিমন্যু আৰু শিনিসকলৰ শ্ৰেষ্ঠ সাত্যকিয়ে সমৰভূমিত সৌবল-সেনাক চাৰিওফালৰ পৰা সংহাৰ কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে।
