महाव्यूह: कलिज्रानामेकेन मृदितस्त्वया । “आपने अकेले अपनी ही भुजाओंके बल और पराक्रमसे कलिंगोंके उस महान् व्यूहको रौंदकर मिट्टीमें मिला दिया
sañjaya uvāca | mahāvyūhaḥ kaliṅgānām ekena mṛditas tvayā |
“কলিঙ্গসকলৰ সেই মহাব্যূহ তুমি একাই পদদলিত কৰি চূৰ্ণ কৰিলা। নিজৰ বাহুবল আৰু পৰাক্ৰমে তুমি সেই ঘন বিন্যাস—হাতী, ঘোঁৰা আৰু ৰথেৰে ভৰপূৰ—ভেদ কৰি ধ্বংসস্তূপত পৰিণত কৰিলা। তাত থকা বহু সৈন্য জগতৰ শ্ৰেষ্ঠ পুৰুষসকলৰ মাজত গণ্য আছিল, আৰু অসংখ্য ধীৰ-ৱীৰ যোদ্ধাই সেই মহাব্যূহত আশ্ৰয় লৈছিল।”
