भीष्मस्य अप्रतिमपराक्रमः — शिखण्डिपुरस्कृतः प्रहारः
Bhīṣma’s unmatched momentum and the assault with Śikhaṇḍin in the lead
धृष्टद्युम्नस्तथा राजन सौभद्रश्न महारथ: । हृष्टावाद्रवतां भीष्म॑ श्रुत्वा पार्थस्य भाषितम्,राजन! पार्थका वह भाषण सुनकर धृष्टद्युम्न तथा सुभद्राकुमार महारथी अभिमन्यु--ये दोनों वीर हर्ष और उत्साहमें भरकर भीष्मकी ओर दौड़े
dhṛṣṭadyumnas tathā rājan saubhadraś ca mahārathaḥ | hṛṣṭāv ādravatāṁ bhīṣmaṁ śrutvā pārthasya bhāṣitam ||
হে ৰাজন! পাৰ্থৰ বাক্য শুনি ধৃষ্টদ্যুম্ন আৰু সুভদ্ৰাৰ পুত্ৰ মহাৰথী অভিমন্যু—দুয়ো হর্ষে উল্লসিত হৈ ভীষ্মৰ ফালে ধাৱা কৰিলে।
