भीष्मपर्व — अध्याय ११०: पार्थभीमयोः प्रहारः तथा भीष्माभिमुखं संग्रामविस्तारः
Arjuna and Bhima’s pressure; escalation toward Bhishma
सेन्द्रानपि रणे देवाञ्जयेयं जयतां वर । त्वया नाथेन गोविन्द किमु भीष्म॑ महारथम्,विजयी वीरोंमें श्रेष्ठ गोविन्द! आपको अपना रक्षक पाकर मैं युद्धमें इन्द्रसहित सम्पूर्ण देवताओंको भी जीत सकता हूँ; फिर महारथी भीष्मपर विजय पाना कौन बड़ी बात है
yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | sendrān api raṇe devān jayeyam jayatāṃ vara | tvayā nāthena govinda kimu bhīṣmaṃ mahāratham ||
হে জয়ীসকলৰ শ্ৰেষ্ঠ গোবিন্দ! আপোনাক নাথ-ৰক্ষক পাই মই ৰণত ইন্দ্ৰসহ সকলো দেৱতাকো জয় কৰিব পাৰোঁ; তেন্তে মহাৰথী ভীষ্মক জয় কৰা কিয় ডাঙৰ কথা?
