भीष्मपर्व — अध्याय ११०: पार्थभीमयोः प्रहारः तथा भीष्माभिमुखं संग्रामविस्तारः
Arjuna and Bhima’s pressure; escalation toward Bhishma
आत्मनि:श्रेयसं सर्वे प्राप्तकालं महाबला: । मन्त्रयामासुरव्यग्रा मन्त्रनिश्चयकोविदा:,उस समय वे समस्त महाबली वीर समयानुसार अपनी भलाईके प्रश्नपर स्वस्थचित्तसे विचार करने लगे। वे सभी लोग मन्त्रणा करके किसी निश्चयपर पहुँच जानेमें कुशल थे
ātmaniḥśreyasaṁ sarve prāptakālaṁ mahābalāḥ | mantrayāmāsur avyagrā mantraniścayakovidāḥ ||
তেতিয়া সেই সকলো মহাবলী বীৰে সময় পক্ক বুলি বুজি, অব্যগ্ৰচিত্তে নিজৰ কল্যাণৰ বিষয়ে পৰামৰ্শ কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে; মন্ত্ৰণা কৰি দৃঢ় সিদ্ধান্তত উপনীত হোৱাত তেওঁলোক নিপুণ আছিল।
