Marutta–Indra Rivalry and Bṛhaspati’s Priestly Refusal (मरुत्तेन्द्रस्पर्धा—बृहस्पतेः पौरोहित्यनिश्चयः)
वासवो<प्यसुरान् सर्वान् विजित्य च निपात्य च । इन्द्रत्वं प्राप्प लोकेषु ततो वब्रे पुरोहितम्
vāsavo 'py asurān sarvān vijitya ca nipātya ca | indratvaṃ prāpya lokeṣu tato vavre purohitam ||
ব্যাসে ক’লে—বাসৱ (ইন্দ্ৰ)য়ো সকলো অসুৰক জয় কৰি আৰু নিপাতিত কৰি লোকসমূহত ইন্দ্ৰত্ব লাভ কৰিলে। তাৰ পিছত তেওঁ পুৰোহিত বাছি ল’লে।
