अम्बरीषगाथा—गुणत्रयविभागः तथा लोभनिग्रहः
Ambarīṣa’s Gāthā: The Guṇas and the Restraint of Greed
स तैर्गुणैः संहतदेहबन्धन: पुन: पुनर्जायति कर्म चेहते । जन्मक्षये भिन्नविकीर्णदेहो मृत्युं पुनर्गच्छति जन्मनैव
sa tair guṇaiḥ saṃhatadeha-bandhanaḥ punaḥ punar jāyati karma cehate | janma-kṣaye bhinna-vikīrṇa-deho mṛtyuṃ punaḥ gacchati janmanā eva ||
সেই গুণসমূহে গাঁথা দেহবন্ধনত দৃঢ়ভাবে আবদ্ধ হৈ সি পুনঃপুনঃ জন্ম লয় আৰু ইয়াত কৰ্মত প্ৰবৃত্ত হৈ থাকে। জন্মৰ আয়ু শেষ হ’লে দেহৰ উপাদানসমূহ ভিন্ন ভিন্ন হৈ ছিন্ন-বিচ্ছিন্ন হৈ ছিটিকি যায়, সি মৃত্যুক প্ৰাপ্ত হয়; আৰু সেই একে প্ৰক্ৰিয়াৰে পুনৰ জন্ম-মৃত্যুৰ চক্ৰত পতিত হয়।
