अपन का छा | अप्-#-रू- षडशीतितमो< ध्याय: कार्तिकेयकी उत्पत्ति

Transliteration

Yudhiṣṭhira uvāca: uktāḥ pitāmahenaiha suvarṇasya vidhānataḥ | vistareṇa pradānasya ye guṇāḥ śruti-lakṣaṇāḥ ||

Translation

যুধিষ্ঠিৰে ক’লে—পিতামহ! বিধিপূৰ্বক স্বৰ্ণদান কৰিলে শ্ৰুতিলক্ষণ যি গুণ আৰু ফল, সেয়া আপুনি ইয়াত বিস্তাৰে বৰ্ণনা কৰিছে; অনুগ্ৰহ কৰি সেই দানৰ পুণ্য আৰু অধিক বিস্তাৰে কওক।
