इष्टं दत्त च मन्येथा आत्मानं दानकर्मणा | पूजयेथा यायजूकांस्तवाप्यंशो भवेद् यथा
iṣṭaṃ datta ca manyethā ātmānaṃ dānakarmaṇā | pūjayethā yāyajūkāṃs tavāpy aṃśo bhaved yathā ||
দানকৰ্মৰ দ্বাৰাই নিজকে যজ্ঞ আৰু দানৰ পুণ্যৰ অংশীদাৰ বুলি ভাবা। যজ্ঞ কৰোৱা ব্ৰাহ্মণসকলক সদায় সন্মান কৰা; তাতে তুমিও যজ্ঞফলৰ একাংশ লাভ কৰিবা।
