आत्मानमाख्याति हि कर्मभिर्नर: सुशीलचारित्रकुलै: शुभाशुभै: । प्रणष्टमप्याशु कुलं तथा नर: पुन: प्रकाशं कुरुते स्वकर्मत:
ātmānam ākhyāti hi karmabhir naraḥ suśīlacāritrakulaiḥ śubhāśubhaiḥ | praṇaṣṭam apy āśu kulaṃ tathā naraḥ punaḥ prakāśaṃ kurute svakarmataḥ ||
মানুহ নিজৰ শুভ-অশুভ কৰ্ম, শীল, আচৰণ আৰু কুল-পৰিচয়ৰ দ্বাৰাই চিনাক্ত হয়। তাৰ বংশ যদি নষ্ট হৈ অজ্ঞাততালৈ গ’লেও, নিজ কৰ্মবলে সি সোনকালে পুনৰ সেই কুলক খ্যাতি আৰু মৰ্যাদাত প্ৰতিষ্ঠা কৰিব পাৰে।
