अथ काले व्यतिक्रान्ते कस्मिंश्चित् कुरुनन्दन । रुच्या भगिन्या आदानं प्रभूतधनधान्यवत्
atha kāle vyatikrānte kasmiṁścit kurunandana | rucyā bhaginyā ādānaṁ prabhūtadhana-dhānyavat ||
ভীষ্ম ক’লে—হে কুৰুনন্দন! কিছু সময় অতিবাহিত হোৱাৰ পাছত ৰুচিৰ জ্যেষ্ঠ ভগ্নীৰ গৃহত বিবাহোৎসৱৰ উপলক্ষ আহিল; তাত প্ৰচুৰ ধন-ধান্য ব্যয় হ’বলগীয়া আছিল।
भीष्म उवाच
