पराक्रमैस्तेडपि तदा व्यघ्नन्नत्रिसुरक्षिता: । उद्धासितश्न सविता देवास्त्राता हतासुरा:
parākramais te ’pi tadā vyaghnaṁn atrisurakṣitāḥ | uddhāsitaś ca savitā devās trātā hatāsurāḥ ||
ভীষ্ম ক’লে— তেতিয়া অত্রিৰ ৰক্ষাত সুৰক্ষিত দেৱতাসকলেও নিজৰ পৰাক্ৰমে শত্রুসকলক আঘাত কৰি নিধন কৰিলে। সৱিতা (সূৰ্য) পুনৰ দীপ্তিমান হ’ল; দেৱতাসকল ৰক্ষা পালে; অসুৰসকল বিনষ্ট হ’ল। অত্রিৰ তপোতেজে সেই মহা অসুৰসকল দগ্ধ হোৱা দেখি, নিৰ্ভয় দেৱতাসকল উঠি দৈত্যসকলক বধ কৰিলে; ই দেখুৱায়—ধাৰ্মিক আশ্ৰয় আৰু অন্তঃতপস্যা সাহসক সলনি নকৰে, বৰং তাক সফল কৰে।
