कथितं त्वनयासत्यं गायत्रया कन्यया दिवि । विजेष्याम्यवशानू् सर्व ब्राद्मणांश्वर्मवासस:
kathitaṃ tv anayā satyaṃ gāyatrayā kanyayā divi | vijeṣyāmy avaśān sarvān brāhmaṇān carmavāsasaḥ |
অৰ্জুনে ক’লে—আকাশত অৱস্থিত গায়ত্ৰী নামৰ কন্যাই যি ঘোষণা কৰিছে যে ব্ৰাহ্মণসকল ক্ষত্ৰিয়সকলতকৈ শ্ৰেষ্ঠ, সেয়া সত্য নহয়। মৃগচৰ্ম ধাৰণ কৰা সেই ব্ৰাহ্মণসকল অধিকাংশে পৰাধীন আৰু বিবশ; মই তেওঁলোক সকলোকে জয় কৰিম। তিনিও লোকত কোনো দেৱতা বা মানুহে মোক মোৰ ৰাজ্যাধিকাৰৰ পৰা বিচ্যুত কৰিব নোৱাৰে; সেয়ে মই ব্ৰাহ্মণতকৈও শ্ৰেষ্ঠ।
