Transliteration

bhīṣma uvāca | anirviṇṇaḥ sthaviṣṭho 'bhūd dharmayūpo mahāmakhaḥ | nakṣatranemir nakṣatrī kṣamaḥ kṣāmaḥ samīhanaḥ ||

Translation

ভীষ্মে ক’লে—সেই নিৰাশা আৰু বিকাৰহীন; বিরাট ৰূপত স্থিত; অজন্মা; ধৰ্মৰ স্তম্ভ আৰু মহাযজ্ঞস্বৰূপ। তেওঁ সকলো নক্ষত্ৰৰ কেন্দ্ৰ; নক্ষত্ৰাধিপতি (চন্দ্ৰ); সকলো কাৰ্যত সক্ষম; জগতৰ অধিষ্ঠানভূমি; আৰু সৃষ্টি-ব্যৱস্থা স্থাপনৰ বাবে সম্যক চেষ্টাশীল।
