एवं वीर्यबलोल्सिक्ति भूरियत्नैर्महासुरै: । पीड्यमाना मही राजन् ब्रह्माणमुपचक्रमे,राजन्! जब इस प्रकार बल और पराक्रमके मदसे उन्मत्त महादैत्य विशेष यत्नपूर्वक इस पृथ्वीको पीड़ा देने लगे, तब यह ब्रह्माजीकी शरणमें जानेको उद्यत हुई
evaṁ vīrya-balolliktaḥ bhūri-yatnaiḥ mahāsuraiḥ | pīḍyamānā mahī rājan brahmāṇam upacakrame ||
বৈশম্পায়নে ক’লে—হে ৰাজন! এইদৰে বল আৰু পৰাক্ৰমৰ মদত উন্মত্ত মহাসুৰসকলে অতি প্ৰচেষ্টাৰে পৃথিৱীক পীড়িত কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে; তেতিয়া পৃথিৱী ব্ৰহ্মাৰ শৰণ ল’বলৈ উদ্যত হ’ল।
