आवयोर्दष्टयोरेभि: कथं तु स्थात् समागम: । एवं तयोक्तो भगवान् नीहारमसूजत् प्रभु:,“और हम दोनोंको देख रहे हैं। ऐसी दशामें हमारा समागम कैसे हो सकता है?” उसके ऐसा कहनेपर शक्तिशाली भगवान् पराशरने कुहरेकी सृष्टि की
āvayor dṛṣṭayor ebhiḥ kathaṃ tu sthāt samāgamaḥ | evaṃ tayokto bhagavān nīhāram asūjat prabhuḥ |
তাই ক’লে—“ইহঁতে আমাক দুয়োকে চাই আছে; এনে অৱস্থাত আমাৰ মিলন কেনেকৈ সম্ভৱ?” এই কথা শুনি শক্তিমান ভগৱান পৰাশৰে কুঁৱাশাৰ আৱৰণ সৃষ্টি কৰিলে।
वैशम्पायन उवाच
