किर्मीरस्य वधश्चात्र भीमसेनेन संयुगे | वृष्णीनामागमश्चात्र पज्चालानां च सर्वश:,इसी पर्वमें यह कथा है कि युद्धमें भीमसेनने किर्मीरको मार डाला। पाण्डवोंके पास वृष्णिवंशी और पांचाल आये। पाण्डवोंने उन सबके साथ वार्तालाप किया
kirmīrasya vadhaś cātra bhīmasenena saṁyuge | vṛṣṇīnām āgamaś cātra pāñcālānāṁ ca sarvaśaḥ ||
এই পৰ্বতেই কোৱা হৈছে যে যুদ্ধত ভীমসেনে কিৰ্মীৰক বধ কৰিছিল। লগতে বৃষ্ণিবংশীয় আৰু সমগ্ৰ পাঞ্চালসকল পাণ্ডৱসকলৰ ওচৰলৈ আহিছিল; পাণ্ডৱসকলে তেওঁলোক সকলোৰে সৈতে সংলাপ কৰিছিল।
