भरद्वाजादग्निवेश्य अग्निवेश्याद् गुरुर्मम । साथ्विदं महमददद् द्रोणो ब्राह्मणसत्तम:,भरद्वाजसे इसे अग्निवेश्यने और अग्निवेश्यसे मेरे गुरु द्रोणाचार्यने प्राप्त किया है। फिर विप्रवर द्रोणाचार्यने यह उत्तम अस्त्र मुझे प्रदान किया
bharadvājād agniveśya agniveśyād gurur mama | sātv idaṁ mahad adad dṛoṇo brāhmaṇasattamaḥ ||
অৰ্জুনে ক’লে—ভৰদ্বাজৰ পৰা ই অগ্নিবেশ্যলৈ গ’ল; অগ্নিবেশ্যৰ পৰা ই মোৰ গুৰুলৈ আহিল। তাৰ পাছত ব্ৰাহ্মণশ্ৰেষ্ঠ দ্ৰোণে এই মহান অস্ত্ৰ মোক দান কৰিলে।
