क्र एकविशर्त्याधेकशततमो< ध्याय: पाण्डुका कुन्तीको समझाना और कुन्तीका पतिकी आज्ञासे पुत्रोत्पत्तिके लिये धर्मदेवताका आवाहन करनेके लिये उद्यत होना वैशम्पायन उवाच एवमुक्तस्तया राजा तां देवीं पुनरब्रवीत् । धर्मविद् धर्मसंयुक्तमिदं वचनमुत्तमम्,वैशम्पायनजी कहते हैं--जनमेजय! कुन्तीके यों कहनेपर धर्मज्ञ राजा पाण्डुने देवी कुन्तीसे पुनः यह धर्मयुक्त बात कही
Vaiśampāyana uvāca: evam uktas tayā rājā tāṃ devīṃ punar abravīt | dharmavid dharmasaṃyuktam idaṃ vacanam uttamam ||
বৈশম্পায়নে ক’লে—তাই ক’লে ধৰ্মজ্ঞ ৰজা পাণ্ডুৱে সেই দেৱী কুন্তীক পুনৰ সম্বোধন কৰিলে। সেই বাক্য আছিল উত্তম—ধৰ্মসংযুক্ত আৰু ধৰ্মবিদৰ মুখে উচ্চাৰিত।
