Balarāma Slays Balvala and Visits Sacred Tīrthas; He Attempts to Stop Bhīma–Duryodhana
tebhyo viśuddhaṁ vijñānaṁ bhagavān vyatarad vibhuḥ yenaivātmany ado viśvam ātmānaṁ viśva-gaṁ viduḥ
This verse says the Lord bestows “viśuddha vijñāna,” a pure, direct realization by which one truly understands the relation between the Self and the universe—seeing the universe within the Self and the Self as all-pervading.
Śukadeva Gosvāmī is narrating, describing how Bhagavān granted pure realized knowledge to certain recipients in the course of the chapter’s narration.
Practice seeing events and relationships through spiritual identity (ātma-buddhi) rather than ego identity—cultivating steadiness, humility, and a broader vision that reduces anxiety and conflict.
