अन्धो राजा शक्यते सहायसम्पदा यत्र तत्र वा पर्यवस्थापयितुम् ॥ कZ_०८.२.११ ॥

Transliteration

andho rājā śakyate sahāyasampadā yatra tatra vā paryavasthāpayitum

Translation

সহযোগীৰ সম্পদ-সামৰ্থ্যৰ জোৰে অন্ধ ৰজাক য’তে-ত’তে ‘স্থিৰ’ কৰিব পাৰি—অৰ্থাৎ বহুৱাই নিয়ন্ত্ৰণ কৰিব পাৰি।
