Transliteration
pādaguṇahīnaḥ parimitārthaḥ
Translation
যদি (দূত) প্ৰয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাত ঘাটতি ৰাখে, তেন্তে তাক সীমিত উদ্দেশ্য (আৰু সীমিত অধিকাৰ) দিয়া উচিত।
