Transliteration

upaghātaiḥ pradhānānāṃ mānyānāṃ cāvamānanaiḥ

Translation

প্ৰধান মন্ত্ৰীসকলক ক্ষতি/দুৰ্বল কৰাৰ দ্বাৰা, আৰু সন্মানযোগ্য লোকক অপমান কৰাৰ দ্বাৰা।
