Transliteration

sāmadānābhyāṃ durbalānupanamayet bhedadaṇḍābhyāṃ balavataḥ

Translation

দুৰ্বলক সাম আৰু দানৰ দ্বাৰা নিজৰ পক্ষে আনিব; শক্তিশালীক ভেদ আৰু দণ্ডৰ দ্বাৰা।
