Transliteration

vāri-sthala-patha-bhogayor anityo vāri-patha-bhogaḥ nityaḥ sthala-patha-bhogaḥ

Translation

জলপথ আৰু স্থলপথৰ পৰা পোৱা ৰাজস্বৰ ভিতৰত জলপথৰ আয় অনিশ্চিত; স্থলপথৰ আয় স্থিৰ/বিশ্বাসযোগ্য।
