शत्रुराटविको वा इति परस्योद्वेगमाचरेत् ॥ कZ_१०.६.५०च्द् ॥

śatrur āṭaviko vā iti parasyodvegam ācaret.

ভাবুকি শত্রুৰ (নিয়মিত বাহিনী) নে অৰণ্যবাসী/লুটেৰাৰ—এই অনিশ্চয়তা ৰাখি তেওঁ প্ৰতিপক্ষৰ উদ্বেগ বঢ়াব।
