विवर्धयिषवस् ते तु शबलाश्वाः प्रजाः पुनः पूर्वोक्तं वचनं ब्रह्मन् नारदेनैव चोदिताः
vivardhayiṣavas te tu śabalāśvāḥ prajāḥ punaḥ pūrvoktaṃ vacanaṃ brahman nāradenaiva coditāḥ
وأما أولئك الأمراء الشَّبَلاأشْوَة، وقد عزموا على تكثير الذرية، يا أيها البرهمن، فقد انطلقوا مرةً أخرى، بدفعٍ من نارَدَ نفسه، ليعملوا وفق المشورة التي سبق أن قالها.

It highlights Nārada’s function as a catalytic sage whose guidance redirects royal intentions—here, steering the princes to follow earlier counsel regarding the pursuit of progeny and duty.
By showing that a previously spoken instruction, when reaffirmed by a realized sage like Nārada, becomes a decisive force shaping the actions and fate of royal lineages.
Even when Vishnu is not named in the verse, the Purāṇic framework treats dynastic order and dharma as operating under Vishnu’s sovereign cosmic governance, with sages acting as instruments of that higher order.
