स्नानदानतपांसीह होमजप्यादिकाः क्रियाः भविष्यन्त्यक्षया नॄणां मृतानामपुनर्भवः

snānadānatapāṃsīha homajapyādikāḥ kriyāḥ bhaviṣyantyakṣayā nṝṇāṃ mṛtānāmapunarbhavaḥ

يا أسدَ الزهّاد، إنّ الأعمالَ مثل الاغتسال في التيرثا المقدّسة، والصدقة (دانا)، والتقشّف (تَبَس)، وتقدمة النار (هوما)، وترديد المانترا (جَپا)، وما يتّصل بها من شعائر، تصير غير فانية للناس؛ وللموتى يكون «عدمُ الرجوع»، أي التحرّر من إعادة الولادة.
