It affirms the Shaiva ethical law of karma: harmful actions inevitably mature into suffering, while righteous conduct supports purification and progress toward Shiva’s grace and liberation.
Linga-worship is presented as a dharmic, purifying discipline that reshapes one’s ‘seed’ of action—turning life toward auspiciousness through devotion, restraint, and Shiva-centered intent.
Practice daily Shiva-smaraṇa and japa of the Panchakshara (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) with disciplined conduct, so that the ‘seed’ planted is sattvic and yields auspicious results.
