ते सर्वे च तदा तत्र शिवपूजां स्वकामदाम् । चक्रिरे विधिवत्तत्र यथादृष्टं यथाश्रुतम्
te sarve ca tadā tatra śivapūjāṃ svakāmadām | cakrire vidhivattatra yathādṛṣṭaṃ yathāśrutam
ثم إنهم جميعًا، هناك وفي ذلك الوقت بعينه، أقاموا عبادةَ الرب شيفا—واهبَ مقاصد العابدين—على الوجه الصحيح وفق الشعائر المقررة، كما رأوا وكما سمعوا في المأثور.

It emphasizes that Śiva-worship becomes spiritually fruitful when done with sincerity and with fidelity to authentic instruction—“as heard” (śruti/smṛti and guru-teaching) and “as seen” (proper exemplars). In Shaiva Siddhanta terms, disciplined bhakti and right practice orient the soul (paśu) toward the Lord (Pati), making divine grace accessible.
