न्यासवर्णनम् (Nyāsa-varṇanam) — Description of Nyāsa in the Saṃnyāsa Procedure

पुनश्च संयतप्राणः कुर्याद्दृष्ट्यादिकं बुधः । शंकरं संस्मरंश्चित्ते संन्यसेच्च विमत्सरः

punaśca saṃyataprāṇaḥ kuryāddṛṣṭyādikaṃ budhaḥ | śaṃkaraṃ saṃsmaraṃścitte saṃnyasecca vimatsaraḥ

ثمّ من جديد، بعد كبح نَفَسِ الحياة، على الحكيم أن يُجري الرياضات التي تبدأ بثبات النظر؛ مستحضِرًا شَنْكَرَ في القلب، وخاليًا من الحسد، فليتخلَّ عن كلِّ سندٍ آخر وليُسلِّم نفسه كلّها إليه.
