Ṣaḍvidhārtha-Parijñāna: Praṇavārtha and the Sixfold Unity of Meaning (षड्विधार्थपरिज्ञानम् / प्रणवार्थपरिज्ञानम्)
सद्योजातम्प्रपद्यामीत्युपक्रम्य सदाशिवोम् । इति प्राह श्रुतिस्तारं ब्रह्मपंचकवाचकम्
sadyojātamprapadyāmītyupakramya sadāśivom | iti prāha śrutistāraṃ brahmapaṃcakavācakam
Suta Goswami (narrating the Śruti’s declaration within the Kailāsa-saṃhitā context)
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadyojāta
Mantra: सद्योजातं प्रपद्यामि … ओं सदाशिवोम्
Type: panchakshara
It presents Śiva as the fivefold Supreme (Pañcabrahma) and teaches prapatti—taking refuge in Sadyojāta/Sadāśiva—as a direct, Veda-rooted path to liberation.
The Pañcabrahma doctrine is commonly contemplated in Liṅga worship: the one Sadāśiva is adored through definable aspects (faces/energies), making Nirguṇa reality approachable through Saguna forms and mantras.
Begin japa with surrender—mentally reciting “sadyojātaṁ prapadyāmi”—and then chant “Oṁ Sadāśiva,” contemplating the five aspects of Śiva as the saving essence (tāra).
