इन्द्रं नरो नेमधिता हवन्ति यत्पार्या युनजते धियस्ताः शूरो नृषाता श्रवसश्च काम आ गोमति व्रजे भजा त्वं नः

الرجالُ، وقد استقرّوا على وجهِ القِسط في اليَجْنَة، يدعون إندرا حين يُقرنون dhī (الفِكرَ المقدّس) للمديح؛ هو البطلُ، قاهرُ الأعداء، مُشتهى śravas (الصيت): فاجعلْ لنا نصيبًا في الحظيرةِ الغنيّةِ بالأبقار.
