Rama–Sugriva Alliance and Fire-Rite of Friendship
तस्यास्य वसतोऽरण्ये नियतस्य महात्मनः।रावणेन हृता भार्या स त्वां शरणमागतः4.5.4।।
tasyāsya vasato 'raṇye niyatasya mahātmanaḥ |
rāvaṇena hṛtā bhāryā sa tvāṃ śaraṇam āgataḥ || 4.5.4 ||
حين كان ذلك العظيم النفس يقيم في الغابة منضبطًا، اختطف رافَنا زوجته؛ فلذلك أتى إليك ملتمسًا الملجأ والحماية.
Sugriva, very much pleased with the words of Rama, spoke highly (of him).
