Rama’s Justification to Vali on Rājadharma
pratyuvāca tato rāmaṃ prāñjalir vānarēśvaraḥ | yat tvam āttha naraśreṣṭha tad evaṃ nātra saṃśayaḥ ||
Thereafter Vali offered obeisance with folded palms to Rama, saying, 'O best among men! whatever you have spoken is undoubtedly true.'
Satya-acceptance: when dharmic reasoning is recognized as true, one should acknowledge it with humility rather than persist in ego-driven dispute.
Vālī formally concedes Rāma’s argument, addressing him respectfully with folded hands.
Humility and truthfulness—Vālī’s readiness to affirm what he now sees as correct.
