भगवन् कोऽन्वयं देशस्समृद्धवनशोभित:।श्रोतुमिच्छामि भद्रं ते वक्तुमर्हसि तत्त्वत:।।1.31.23।।
bhagavan ko ’nvayaṃ deśaḥ samṛddha-vana-śobhitaḥ | śrotum icchāmi bhadraṃ te vaktum arhasi tattvataḥ || 1.31.23 ||
يا أيها المبارك، ما أصلُ هذه الأرض وما معناها، وهي في غاية الجمال مزدانةً بغاباتٍ وارفة؟ إني أرغب في سماعه؛ فليكن لك الخير—فحدّثني بالحقيقة كاملةً على وجهها.
