ऋष्यशृङ्गानयनम् — Bringing Ṛśyaśṛṅga to Ayodhyā
Bālakāṇḍa, Sarga 11
तावन्योन्याञ्जलिं कृत्वा स्नेहात्संश्लिष्य चोरसा।ननन्दतुर्दशरथो रोमपादश्च वीर्यवान्।।1.11.22।।
tāv anyonyāñjaliṃ kṛtvā snehāt saṃśliṣya corasā | nanandatur daśaratho romapādaś ca vīryavān ||1.11.22||
ثم إنّ الاثنين—داشاراثا ورومابادا الشجاع—تبادلا التحيةَ بضمّ الكفّين، وتعانقا صدرًا لصدرٍ من المودّة، وابتهجا.
Dasaratha and Romapada, pleased with this, wished each other with folded palms and hugged each other with love.
Dharma as social harmony: respect (añjali) joined with sincere affection (embrace) sustains righteous alliances.
After arrangements are made for the journey, Daśaratha and Romapāda exchange formal and affectionate farewells.
Mutual goodwill—friendship expressed through both etiquette and heartfelt warmth.
