नत्वेनं विषमाचार पापकर्माऽधिरोहति।।3.73.33।।यस्तु तं विषमाचारः पापकर्माऽधिरोहति।तत्रैव प्रहऱन्त्येनं सुप्तमादाय राक्षसाः।।3.73.34।।
na tv enaṁ viṣamācāraḥ pāpakarmā 'dhirohati.
أما الرجل الشرير، ذو السلوك المعوجّ والأعمال الآثمة، فلا يصعد إليه.
If an evil-doer or a sinner ascends the (Rishyamuka) mountain, he, in his sleep, will be thrown down with asleep by the demons from there itself. A sinner does not climb this mountain of uneven terrain.
Moral fitness matters: sacred or protected spaces are not meant to be approached with impure intent or sinful conduct.
The speaker warns that Ṛṣyamūka is not accessible to the wicked, setting up the consequence described immediately after.
Integrity—only those aligned with dharma are portrayed as able to enter or benefit from sanctified zones.
