तत्फलं प्राप्यते पुंसाकृष्णजन्माष्टमीव्रतात् । यत्फलं द्वारकां गत्वा दृष्टे विश्वेश्वरे हरौ । तत्फलं प्राप्यते दीनैः कृत्वा जन्माष्टमीव्रतम्
tatphalaṃ prāpyate puṃsākṛṣṇajanmāṣṭamīvratāt | yatphalaṃ dvārakāṃ gatvā dṛṣṭe viśveśvare harau | tatphalaṃ prāpyate dīnaiḥ kṛtvā janmāṣṭamīvratam
تُنال تلك الثمرة نفسها للمرء بصيام ونذر «جانماشتمي» لميلاد كريشنا؛ وهي الثمرة التي تُنال بالذهاب إلى دواركا ورؤية هاري، ربّ الكون. وحتى الفقراء ينالون ذلك الأجر بإقامة نذر جانماشتمي.
