Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It teaches that tirtha-based worship performed exactly according to vidhāna (scriptural procedure) has liberating power, culminating in direct attainment of Śiva’s state (śivapada).
Bhakti here is expressed as reverent, rule-guided arcana (formal worship) to Viśveśa; devotion becomes spiritually efficacious when joined with disciplined ritual observance at a sacred place.
The verse emphasizes vidhāna—ritual injunctions and correct procedure—aligning with Kalpa (Vedāṅga dealing with rites) as the practical framework for performing worship properly.
