पृथिव्यादीनि भूतानि त्रेताग्निर्हुतभुग्यथा । वरुणोऽपांपतिश्चाह धरित्री च महीधराः ॥ ७७ ॥

Transliteration

pṛthivyādīni bhūtāni tretāgnirhutabhugyathā | varuṇo'pāṃpatiścāha dharitrī ca mahīdharāḥ || 77 ||

Translation

كما أنّ نار تريتَا المقدّسة هي آكلة القرابين، كذلك تُسنَد الكائنات ابتداءً من الأرض. ويُقال إنّ فارونا هو سيّد المياه، وتُسمّى الأرض أيضًا «دهاريتري» وكذلك «مَهيدَهَرا».
