من أقام على ضفة الغانغا في شهر ماغها نذر الأكل ليلًا فقط، ثم تناول قرب معبد شيفا «كريشرا» (أرزًّا مع بقول) ممزوجًا بالسمن (ghee)، فذلك هو النسك الموصوف.
